About Ralf Grabuschnig, freelance writer & editor

Thanks for stopping by on the about me page! So I assume you want to learn more about me? Well, to start with the obvious, I am a historian, writer and editor.

My passion for all things writing dates back to my years at university. I studied history at University of Vienna and a nice little programme called “Nationalism Studies” at Central European University in Budapest. So I have a strong background in the humanities, history and social sciences and unsurprisingly wrote and edited a lot during that time.

After having finished my studies, I wanted to continue working with texts so I started my first blog and got my first job in marketing in Munich. One thing led to the other and I started freelancing as an academic copy editor very soon.

Contact me if you have any questions or are wondering how exactly I can help you with your copy editing and proofreading work. I will get back to you within one business day. If you provide details for your specific project, including the length in characters, I can also send you an offer straight away.

How, you ask? You have a couple of options. The easiest is probably to just send me an email. Alternatively, please use the contact form below or even send me a tweet, if you’re feeling fancy. And once you’re at it, feel free to follow me on Twitter and Facebook or connect with me on LinkedIn or Academia.edu
